V destilované vodě 5 lžiček rozpustné kávy a pak přidat hydroš. Do jedné nádoby 2 lžičky kakaa rozmíchání v oleji k obarvení 1 dílu. Rozděleno na 3 díly . Lití vrstev 3 pruhy: Káva, oranžová mica se zlatou, kakao Nahoře posypáno skořicí a zrny kávy. Dala jsem formu do trouby na 65 stupňů na 1,5 hodiny, nechala jsem v troubě do rána. Přidat ovesné hedvábí 2g (1 lžička), jogurt 8 g ( odečíst od vody), lžička medu. V olivovém oleji měsíc naložené perníkové koření.
