Use of calculations
SoapCalc provides organizational and calculation tools. You are responsible for verifying inputs, outputs, ingredient specifications, production methods, safety controls, claims, and legal compliance.
Account responsibility
Keep account access secure and provide accurate registration information. Do not use the service to interfere with other users, probe security controls, or store unlawful material.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve as the product develops. Important changes affecting paid service, data handling, or user responsibilities will be communicated through appropriate product channels.
Subscriptions and payments
SoapCalc is offered as a hosted software subscription with a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments, checkout, billing, and tax are handled by our merchant of record, Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which is the seller of record for paid subscriptions.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility and how to request a refund are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
