Subscriptions
SoapCalc is a hosted software subscription billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise at checkout). Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. The Free plan is not charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account billing settings, or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed after that. There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge at [email protected] and we will refund that payment in full. After 14 days, payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, but you can still cancel to avoid future charges. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Payments and merchant of record
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar, which handles checkout, billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email address and include the charge date. We aim to respond within a few business days.
