*I made this test batch (6/18/2024) unscented. I thought it might trace quickly. It did not! The qualities profile looks good with a high creamy profile, decent conditioning! This recipe will work as a 600g for 12 count 2.5 x 2.5 square bars -with time to pour before thick trace. *The Sunflower High Oleic is a good substitute fr olive oil and makes a whiter bar / lover cost. I usually Oven Process in the bottom oven, but switched to the top oven (per small batch). The rack was placed on the bottom rungs. Several of the bars bubbles on the bottom; LESSON learned: raise the oven rack to the middle rungs when Oven Processing in the top oven. * See photo for example of blistened soap from being places to close to the bottom of the top oven during Oven Precession. *Note: Unscented AND coccasionally butter comes through w) 25% cocoa butter in this recipe. *no zap after Oven Processing. *Observation: Finished bar (with this recipe feels much harder several hours after cooling from Oven Precession than my balanced rexperience with olive oil.
