Acne bar (trial)

Solid Soap · NaOH · 59 g oil load · 6% superfat · 3 views · 0 saves

Superfat was too high soap wasn't sudsy at all while washing utensils, still early so time will tell batter got thick quick when ACV and BS mix was added got firm fast in 8-9 hrs removed from moulds CHANGES MADE TO RECIPE reduce SF to 1% instead of 6% (because ACV adds approx. 6.6% SF so end result should be 7.6%) raised water discount to 27% for more fluidity Update(24/1/21) : leave sf at 6%, after a week or 2 of cure time suds came in nicely. After 2 mths full cure soaps suds very well and was not drying to skin (at least for oily prone skin) Gave out samples and folks loved it. Also it leaves skin feeling matte and clean. Try higher water discount this time (28%)
