40g water to 54g avocado mixed into a puree then drained. 85g aloe ice cubes + 40g salt water + 75 plain water = 200g lye water Added x5 tiny spoons of green oxide to oils Anchored E/O in green clay and added after lye solution before trace. Sectioned out 250g batter & added spirulina, Thick batter so ITPS, topped with poppy seeds.
