Bastille - Saponify

Solid Soap · NaOH · 100 g oil load · 5% superfat · 5 views · 0 saves

Due to the High amount of Olive oil, this soap may take a bit longer to unmould, let it be for 48 hours before attempting unmould. Cure for a minimum of 6 weeks. This recipe is also slower to trace at lower temperatures (40 - 45°C) and is suitable for swirls. If you only want to do one color, you can reduce the water to 150gram to get the soap faster to trace and unmould faster.
