FREEZE: 87.5g Beer and 87.5g ACV Mix lye solution slowly as it will bubble A LOT do not forget to: ADD 3.1g lye for lye discount for a total of = 79.7 grams lye Temper Egg yolk by taking out 2Tbs of warmed oil and mix with yolk and add at trace with goat milk powder 1oz or 28g of Vinegar neutralizes about 1g of lye so you will divide amount of vinegar (87.5) by 28g to get amount of lye needed=3.1g
