Chamomile Tea and Oil Prep Tea: Fill heatproof jar with 1 tea bag , or 1/8 cup of dried flowers. Cover with 95 grams of simmering hot distilled water. Steep until the water turns a pretty yellow. Strain and cool before using. Oil: Fill container ¼-½ full of dried flowers. Add oil with a few extra inches. Cover with a lid and infuse for several weeks and then strain.
