brew the coffee as per directions. Strain, and set out 1 tsp of the grounds (dry them out) melt oils and butters let the oils cool once coffee is frozen, add lye to it, and stir until it's dissolved back to the oils: add 2.5 tsp cocoa powder to the oils, and blend with an immersion blender in a separate container, add 2.5 tbsp distilled water, 15g citric acid, and 1 tsp syrup (or honey). Mix this until all is dissolved. Set aside for later. When oils and lye ar around 90(ish) degrees, add the lye solution to the oils, and mix with a spatula. add the additives, and mix more with a spatula use immersion blender to bring to emulsion add 1.25 tsp coffee grounds, and mix in with a spatula pour If you want it to gel, you can keep it warm (oven process)
