Daging buah lampesu dimaserasi atau diinfuse dalam olive oil, bersama dengan bahan lainnya, yaitu daun salam, jeruk purut (daun galam, daun taya, tawar gantung) dan jenis tanaman herbal lain yang bagus untuk kulit dan wajah. Cairan dalam sabun ini terdiri dari 2 bagian, yaitu : Lacto beras merah yang larutkan pula citric acid 2%, lalu di bekukan untuk bahan pelarut lye. Ampas lacto ini bisa ditambahkan sebagai addives, dicampurkan dalam minyak bersama2 dengan kaolin clay Cairan ecoenzyme dimana didalamnya ada kandungan buah lampesu, baik melalui proses F1 maupun F2, akan ditambahkan pada saat adonan akan trace. Pewarna dalam sabun ini dipilih yang organik, bisa salah satunya, yaitu bubuk kunyit, spirulina, minyak buah meerah, charcoal, dll Pewangi sifatnya optional, bisa ditambahkan atau tidak. Disarankan bila menggunakan pewangi, pilihlah FO/Essensial oil natural agar aman utk kulit wajah.
