Measure oils, melt solids, and pour over spatula into liquid oils and cool to 90 Make lye mixture (keep some water off to side for honey) cool to 100 or lower (Ice bath) Add frozen goats milk to lye solution and cool to 68-72 Pour lye over spatula into oils Blend until trace Stir in fragrance oil Pour into mold and place in fridge for 12-24 hours Remove from fridge and wait 3-4 days before cutting
