Measure out water and lye Dissolve 1/8 teaspoon kaolin clay in water Pour lye into water and set aside to cool Measure out coconut oil, lard and shea butter into microwave safe jug Gently melt in microwave Measure liquid oils into jug Blend mica into oils: 1/8 tsp yellow mica, 1/16 tsp sparkly gold mica Mix sodium lactate into lye water When both are around 90 degrees add lye water to oils and blend to emulsion with milk frother Add fragrance and mix well with a spatula - frother makes bubbles that show in the finished soap - but keep trace light Pour into heart mold Allow to set overnight Make rest of Golden Heart soap the next day so embed does not harden too much before cutting
