1. Zamrazit kozí mléko (135 g). 2. Do pomalého hrnce navážit oleje a nechat roztopit na LOW. 3. Po rozpuštění olejů přidat 7,5 g laktátu sodného. 4. Odvážit si 150 g vody a do ní přidat 2,5 g hedvábí a 22,5 gramů kyseliny citronové. 5. Odvážit 109,48 g hydroxidu sodného a ten pomalu přisypávat do vody. 6. Ještě horké NAOH přimícháváme do horkých olejů (teplota obou by měla být kolem 80-90 °C) spolu se 135 g kozího mléka. 7. Promícháme do stopy a přikryjeme potravinářskou folií. 8. Hlídáme jednotlivé fáze a promícháváme- sopka, gelová fáze, jablečné pyré. 9. Mezitím si nachystáme přísady na přetučnění a to: kakaové máslo, lžíce medu, jojobový olej, mandlový olej, lžička rhasoulu, propolis, lanolin a koloidní oves. Přísady spojíme a zahřejeme alespoň na 60°C. 10. Po zkontrolování bezpečnosti hmoty přidáme všechny přísady, promícháme a plníme do formy.
