Mix the honey and the heavy cream together blend well mix titanium dioxide in just enough water to cover the powder mix the oats with the oils (before you mix with lye) blend well Pour the lye into the oils blend, separate into smaller containers mix brown mica into large container & use the titanium dioxide mix with water in small container pour most of the honey and cream mixture into the big container and the rest in the small pour all of the fragrance into the big container
