Χτυπώ στο μπλέντερ τη βρώμη με 70 γρ. νερό και σουρώνω. Ρίχνω τη βρώμη στα ζεστά λάδια και διαλύω στο νερό ( 70 γρ. ) το μέλι και το προσθέτω και αυτό στα ζεστά λάδια. Στο λάδι του Αvocando διαλύω χρωστικές, αν θέλω , και το προσθέτω στο ελαφρύ trace για υπερλίπανση (5% αρχικά + 3% με το Αvocando ). Στο τέλος προσθέτω τα αιθέρια έλαια στο ελαφρύ trace. Προσοχή πήζει αμέσως.
