Make lye solution. (Optional add sodium lactate). Melt hard oils, add liquid oils. Add all powders and blend thoroughly. At 90-110F, combine lye and oils and bring to thin trace. Add fragrance, blend to light-medium trace. Pour into cavities. Unmold after 2-3 days. Cure 4-6 wks.
