Red Palm Oil

Solid Soap · NaOH · 100 g oil load · 5% superfat · 16 views · 0 saves

¼ tsp tumeric sugar ⚗️ How to Add It: Option 1: Dissolve in water (best method) Measure your distilled water for the lye solution. Warm a small portion (about ¼ cup of that water). Stir in the sugar until completely dissolved. Let cool slightly, then add your lye slowly into this sweetened water (always lye into liquid!). It will heat up faster than usual, so let it cool to your target temperature before mixing with oils. Option 2: Add at light trace Dissolve sugar in 1–2 tbsp warm water, then stir it into your batter at light trace. This is easier but less uniform — a few sugar crystals might remain.
