Sub boiled and chilled red wine for water in liquid. Soap very cool. Really Red mica mixed into oil. Activated charcoal as mica lines throughout. Top with gold enviro-glitter. Experimented with FOs, 1/2 oz Rose Petals, 1/2 oz Blue Musk
