Mix 250g water with 9g salt before adding lye. Heat and stir for several hours then let rest overnight, repeating for a week. Salt out with strong brine and let rest overnight, repeating for two days. Rinse with brine then scoop/pour into molds and dry for at least two days and cure for at least one month.
