This shower steamer recipe is from Tigerfly. Here are the directions: 1st make the menthol liquid. menthol crystals in the alcohol and warm a little--about 15 seconds to help it melt. Make sure all crystals are melted. combine baking soda (this is when to add fragrance oils or essential oils) add citric acid, epsom salts, cornstarch, cream of tartar. mix well…(can also add color at this point) add alcohol/menthol mixture some squirts of water mix and feel for dry/wet consistency can use a couple of more sprays of alcohol. (can go between spritz of water and spritz of alcohol) mold the steamers allow to dry at least over night.
