Soleseif 3-Made in Juneau

Solid Soap · NaOH · 4900 g oil load · 6% superfat · 3 views · 0 saves

Finally figured out what I did: I doubled all the oils except the lard. In order to correct the percentages to make the recipe less drying from too much CO76F I added 300g of olive oil. That brought its % to 30, the CO76F down to just under 25%,and the castor to just under 5%. So a much better bar of soap. I didn't split the batch except to add some extra fine ground coffee to some of it to add some bars for scrubby goodness. All of it will include salt dissolved in the lye liquid, and honey for nice bubbles.
