ROZMĚR - 630g by mělo odpovídat výšce 6 cm - plánovaný formát 12x6x6x2,5 SŮL - 253G kamenná s jodem + 62g himalájské - oranžové ROZMARÝN CO2 - přidaný do zchladlých olejů (nakapaný do skeničky s trochou olejů) váha 0,6g - tj 0,1% na 1kg olejů změnilo to okamžitě barvu olejů - jakoby tam byla oliva (mícháno v nerezu, tak těžkoříct jaká byla pravá barva ZELENÝ JEČMEN - 4g do plánovaných 200g hmoty (nakonec 150g hmoty) to znamená na 100g olejů (koncentrace 40g ječmene do 1kg olejů rozpuštěno v troše rozpuštěných tuhých olejů (tekutého bylo jen 5% ricinu a to bylo málo a navíc by nebyl v celé hmotě) EO jen rozmarýn přidaný do schladlých olejů TEPLOTA louh 40, oleje 38°C ???STOPA - po přidání louhu to chytlu barvu světlé rajské (je ro CO2 a nebo tou solí??) LITÍ - nakonec jsem přelila hmotu do 1l odměrky a vlila tam i to s ječmene z výšky, promýchala stěrkou ale drželo se to jen navrchu - asi širší nádobu? TROUBA 2 hodiny na 70 - stále gel - měkké. ?? je blbost dávat CO2 do solného??
