Lonec: SS, na plinu, z ugašanjem Time to trace 2h 25min, slow trace, zelo ugodno za barvanje. Pepel čez ca. 30 ur. Dišave nič ne pospešijo. razjedle mehek PVC lonček, v katerem so stale ca. 2 uri. Mala tehtnica neuporabna, uporabila večjo (natančnost?) Celoten čas od začetka tehtanja do polaganja v pečico (na ca. 50 stopinj, čez noč) 2 h 45 min Posebnost: goveji loj ni bil od ledvic (salo - leaf). Kljub dobremu čiščenju se je pri ponovnem taljenju pojavila čudna nitasta sluz in sem morala vse precediti (trojna gaza), nato sem dodala novih 40 g loja.
