Mýdlotéka U tří lilií: Jednoduchý, ale účinný recept na tuhý rostlinný šampon. Jde o voňavou recepturu heřmánku a medu (u tmavých vlasů dáme místo vody odvar z rozmarýny nebo z listí ořešáku), která pomůže ke zdravým a vyživeným vlasům a provoní koupelnu. Tento šampuk je určen zejména pro dětské vlásky či světlé vlasy. Díky medu je vyživuje a jemně je pohladí, díky heřmánku zase zklidňuje podrážděnou pokožku a dodá lesk světlým vlasům. Postup: Rozpustit oleje, z destilované vody udělat s bylinami odvar. Do studeného odvaru vsypat NaOH. Za teploty 30 stupňů vlít roztok NaOH do olejů. Míchat do stopy - do husté mýdlové hmoty. Na závěr přidat výživné složky a éterické oleje pro vůni. Do formy, 24 hodin v teple, krájet. Aspoň měsíc zrát. 10-12 ks á 100 g
