Two Tallows Soap
mixed · 100 g oil load · 6.4% superfat · 3 views · 0 saves
Hold back 7 ounces of water at the beginning with the lye, and mix the citric acid into the water and then the lye. Add 7 ounces of cold canned coconut milk at trace. Or freeze, and add lye to it at the beginning. Citric acid is a chelator, good for using in soap that will be used in hard water. Stir one square of melted baking chocolate into a small portion of the soap at thin trace and pour the rest into mold. Add the chocolate colored soap from the container by pouring high and low, varying so that the colored soap batter will sink at varying depths. Swirl with a chopstick.
