A vörösbort előzetesen megfőzöm, fűszerekkel együtt, ebben oldom a lúgot (ha szükséges még plusz víz kerül bele) agyaghoz kell 50 gr víz. főzés után megy bele az SF- szőlőmagolaj (104 gr), ebbe kerül a kukorica keményítő és az illó olajok (szegfűszeg, fahéj, karácsonyi?)a végén még belemegy a nátrium laktát is, tömbbe megy a nagy része....masszától is függ
