Directions: Note: This recipe doesn't have tussah silk, goat milk or lanolin. Shea Butter is used twice - once as an ingredient and once as the super fat. Do lye water first. Calculate amount of aloe powder needed. Measure the water. Take aq small amount of the water and emulsify aloe powder into it and add back to the rest of the water. Add Lye, remembering eye and other protection. stir gently. Put oils on to heat. Once lye water is below 140 degrees (use ice bath if needed) , add the glycerin Add lye water mix once oils are 160-170 degrees. Add Bentonite Clay. Add EDTA dissolved in a small amount of distilled water. Add more coconut oil at trace for the Super Fat. Calculate as 5% of oils. Add Sodium lactate Add Fragrance oil is applicable Put into Loaves
